Cindy Fleming, President and Founder of VISION<em>SHIFT</em>Cindy Fleming, President and Founder of VISIONSHIFT™ engages the mind and heart with a blending of savvy communication and blunt edginess. Holding a Bachelor of Arts from Western Illinois University and an MBA from Bradley University, Cindy has harnessed her vast knowledge and experience in communications, sales, instruction, management and mediation into commanding and life-challenging programs for both individual and corporate settings.

Always involved in community, Cindy is a member of The Consultants Forum, Women in Leadership, Peoria Chamber of Commerce, NAWBO, Health Resources Network and NFIB (National Federation of Independent Businesses).
